This is how we work, step by step, so you can judge on information rather than promises. We don't have case studies to show yet — the company is new — so the process is the sample.
How we estimate
We do not quote hourly without a scope. First we understand the problem, then we write down what is included and what is not, and we price and schedule against that. If scope changes, it is quoted separately and you approve before we start.
How we deliver
Deployments to a staging environment every two weeks, which you can access from day one. Progress shows by running it, not by reporting on it.
What happens when something slips
You hear it the day we know, not on the due date. The notice comes with a proposal: cut scope, move the date, or adjust budget. The call is yours.
What you get at the end
The full repository with its history, technical documentation, infrastructure access under your company's name, and a handover session with your team.
